How your course is delivered

• Courses are delivered online, through your MR Chemistry account on this website.
• Access starts when your payment is confirmed and the course is activated on your account. For a card payment that happens when the payment provider confirms it; for a manual payment, when we confirm it.
• Lessons are watched on the website and cannot be downloaded.
• A student account can be signed in on one device at a time.

How long access lasts

Access lasts for the period stated for each course when you buy it. The period may differ between courses. If you are not sure how long a course stays open, ask us before you pay.

If you cannot open your course

If you have paid and the course does not appear on your account, or a lesson will not play, contact us with the email on your account and your payment reference.
