Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Purchases are final once activated

Once access to a course has been activated on your account, the purchase is final. We do not give refunds because you changed your mind or decided not to use the course.

If something went wrong

Contact us if:

• you were charged twice for the same course;
• you paid but did not receive access; or
• a serious technical fault on our side stops you using the course and we cannot fix it.

We review each case and resolve it in line with applicable law and our payment provider's rules.

Cancelling an order

To cancel an order before your course has been activated, contact us as soon as you can. We review each request in line with applicable law.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under Egyptian law that cannot be waived.
