Payment Policy.

Ways to pay

• Online by card. Card payments are processed by Paymob. Your card details are entered on Paymob's secure page and are not stored by MR Chemistry.
• By InstaPay. Send the course price to +20 110 033 4214, then contact us with your payment confirmation and the email on your account so we can activate your course.
• In cash. Pay at the center. Your course is activated on your account once the payment is received.

When your course is activated

Your course is activated once payment is confirmed — by Paymob for card payments, or by us for InstaPay and cash payments. See the Delivery & Shipping Policy.

Failed and duplicate payments

If a payment fails, no course is activated and you can try again.

If you think you were charged twice, or charged without receiving access, contact us with your payment reference so we can check it with the payment provider. Refunds are covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
