Courses and joining

What courses do you offer?

Courses for Cambridge IGCSE Chemistry · 0971/0620, taught by Dr. Mohamed Ragaei. The Full Course builds the whole syllabus from zero, chapter by chapter; the Revision Course rebuilds it under exam pressure. Every course, its price and its start date are on the courses list.

How do I join?

Create a free account.
Choose a course.
Pay by card, by InstaPay, or in cash at the center.
Your course is activated on your account and you can start watching.

Can I watch at my own pace?

Yes. Lessons are recorded and open on the website whenever you like. Your progress is saved lesson by lesson, and the dashboard takes you back to where you stopped.

Payments

How can I pay?

By card, online through Paymob. Your card details go to Paymob's secure page and are not stored by MR Chemistry.
By InstaPay to +20 110 033 4214, then send us the confirmation and the email on your account.
In cash at the center.

When does my course open after I pay?

A card payment opens the course as soon as Paymob confirms it. An InstaPay or cash payment opens it once we have confirmed it. If you have paid and the course is not on your account, contact us with your payment reference.

Can I get a refund?

A course is final once it has been activated on your account. If you were charged twice, or paid and did not get access, contact us and we will check it. The details are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Lessons and class notes

Can I download the lessons or the notes?

No. Lessons are watched and notes are read on the website. You can highlight and write on the notes there, and your writing is saved to your account.

Can I use my account on more than one device?

One device at a time. Signing in on a new phone or laptop signs the old one out. An account is for one student only.

Why are my name and phone number on the videos and notes?

They mark the copy as yours, so that a recording or a screenshot shared outside the course shows whose account it came from. See the Terms & Conditions.

Classes and attendance

How is attendance taken?

In the center, open Scan attendance on your dashboard and scan the code on the assistant's screen when the class starts.
Online, joining the class through the website marks you present. Joining more than ten minutes after the start counts as late.

What happens if I miss classes?

Your dashboard counts the classes you have missed in a row. After 3 in a row, an attendance warning goes to you, your assistant and the teacher. Once they have checked the register, a report is sent to your parents. Attending the next class resets the count. A class you were excused from does not count as missed.

Homework, exams and marks

How do I hand in homework?

Open it under Homework on your dashboard and upload photos of your answers or a PDF. You can add to it until it has been marked.

Where do I see my marks?

Under My progress on your dashboard: your marks, your average, and every class you attended or missed. The bell at the top tells you when new homework or an exam is set, when your work is marked, and when a corrected copy is returned.

Parents

How can I follow my child's progress?

Your child's assistant can send you a private link. It opens their attendance, marks and reports, with no account needed. If you prefer to sign in, ask for a parent account connected by your email.

Who do I talk to about my child?

Help

Something isn't working. What should I do?

Refresh the page, check your connection, or try another browser. If it still fails, contact us with the email on your account, the course name, what happened and a screenshot.
